Terms & Conditions By booking a session with Mixed by Tiana Shai you agree to the following terms: Bookings & Payments * All sessions must be booked in advance * Full payment is required to confirm your booking. * Session time starts and ends with the time you book regardless of what time you arrive. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to reschedule or receive a refund. * No-shows will not be refunded. * We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Studio Rules * No smoking, or illegal substances are permitted in the studio. * No food is allowed in studio. Drinks must be in a closed container and kept away from equipment. * Guests must be approved in advance and may be limited to 4 persons due to space and safety. * You are financially responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or property during your session. Studio Etiquette * Arrive on time to maximize your booked session. * Treat staff, clients, and equipment with respect. * Excessive noise- ie phones with the volume turned up, loud calls, etc, during the recording or mixing process is not permitted. * Follow all instructions provided by studio staff. * Children under the age of 15 are not permitted in the studio unless they are the recording artist. Liability * The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. * Use of the studio and equipment is at your own risk. Failure to comply with these terms may result in session termination without refund.
